Delivery terms

Online store

E. Latvala Oy, Paljupihaan.fi Kurikka (business ID 2779335-4) sells products to adults in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that may arise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the delivery terms and conditions in force at any time.

Payment

The online store's payment processing is carried out by Klarna Oy (business ID 2247127-6) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. The use of the service does not require registration or additional payments. Klarna Oy has a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. All data transfer and financial transactions are SSL-protected, meaning no outsider can see your information.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires that you provide an email address when ordering.

Delivery method and costs

Delivery costs are displayed directly on the product page. We reserve the right to use a carrier of our choice or to deliver the product with our own equipment. The main transport of hot tubs is handled by Suomen Kaukokiito Oy. For smaller items, delivery is handled by Matkahuolto or Posti. If you want to choose a delivery method that differs from the product information, please contact customer service. It is also possible to pick up the products from our office.
Hot tubs are mainly delivered by truck equipped with a tail lift.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-20 days, depending on the order and delivery method. You can inquire about a more precise delivery time directly using the contact form on the product page.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect losses caused by delays.

Exchange and return conditions

Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving it. The right to return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.
Paljupihaan.fi is not responsible for the return costs of the product.
However, the right of return does not apply to a custom-made hot tub, as it is built specifically according to your wishes.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error immediately or at the latest within 7 days. If the package is damaged during transport, you must immediately make a complaint about the product on the waybill and notify the sender.

BASIS FOR KEEPING THE REGISTER

The person has registered as a customer of the Paljupihaan.fi online store or purchased goods from the Paljupihaan.fi online store.

PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER

The information in the customer register is only for the use of E. Latvala Oy, except when the company uses an external service provider to either provide a value-added service or to support a credit decision. However, the information is not disclosed outside the company or for the use of its partners, except in matters related to credit applications, collection or invoicing, and when required by law. Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union unless it is necessary to ensure the technical implementation of the company or its partner.
The registered person's personal data will be deleted at the user's request unless legislation, open invoices or collection actions prevent the data from being deleted.

REGISTER PROTECTION

The register will not be disclosed to third parties. Access to the register requires user rights to the E.Latvala Oy internal network. The register is located on the Paljupihaan.fi password-protected server.
